# PvE only or PvP allowed?
Fortius is a PvE guild, PvP is in no way supported, you pvp in your own time!

# What is our objective?
Fortius is a guild that want to progress not farming! We will asap go from kara and za to ssc and tk. we want to have good fun during the raids and we also want to do 25 man.
THOUGH this demands of every members in the guild to completly trust the officers and raid leaders. To get a good order and working enviroment in the guild.

# What do we expect from members?
As a member, you should work your character to the extreme, getting the best possible gear at the current stage of the game, enchanting/socketing it properly, using suitable PvE talent builds that help the group as much as possible.

The solo/pvp capabilities of a given build are not a concern for the guild. All members should spec the best possible build for raiding. This of course can be discussed, but you as a good player of your class will certainly know when a spec is a PvP spec, or solo spec, etc. and not a raiding spec. We do not want those specs to be used while raiding. Bear in mind the rest of raiders are sacrificing efficiency in some aspects of the game to be perfectly suited for raiding. Members should be willing to respec to other builds if the balance of the guild needs it!.

Members should be aware that raid spots are limited and that Fortuis strives for good performance as a means to achieve fun in an instance. Therefore, raid members will be selected with a mix of Signups, attitude, performance, availability and guild improvement criteria. Members should be willing to accept that selection could not suit their raiding hunger at all sometimes. If you have read this policy btw, write in your application 'i've read the guilds policy and i accept' if you dont insert this rule , your application is denied for not reading the policy!.
Finally, members should be aware that consumables are a requisite, not a luxury. You should bring consumables suitable to your class to every raid, and use them as often as possible.
There could be an endless list of Do’s and don’t’s, but if you are the kind of person we are looking for, you surely will know what to expect from a PvE guild and which behaviors are acceptable and which certainly are not.
